For your consideration this beautiful 19th Century Chinese hand painted Qianjiang bird vase. A finely detailed exotic red bird sits on a flowering branch under a willow tree with a poem on the opposite side. I am told the poem is related to spring and rebirth. This vase has two ears or handles which appear to be elephant heads. Likely made during late 19th century/early 20th century. Very good condition with some signs of age including gold loss (see photos.) Also a faded seal on the bottom. No chips, cracks or repairs. Wiped with a damp cloth but may need additional cleaning. Approximately 8.75" inches in height. Item sold as-is, please see photos for item condition, message with any questions and bid with confidence!
