Returns:

We expect you to be very happy with your purchase but we recognize that there are occasions where a customer needs to return an item to us.

If you have purchased incorrectly or the item is no longer required we can offer a full refund or exchange service of any item returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in new, undamaged, re-saleable condition and returned to us with original packaging. You must enclose a note with your name, address, contact number and the reason of return. Also 5% restocking fee will be applied or 10% if item will be returned without original packaging.

All displays are marked so please kindly don’t try to send back your faulty screen.

We don’t accept items without our security void.

If you discover we have sent an incorrect item or the item is damaged please contact us straight away with the original transaction id, your name and address, plus a telephone number so we can contact you if needed. We will also either deliver the correct item or refund you asap.

In the extremely unlikely event that an item reaches you faulty then we will be more than happy to exchange it.
