This version is fully compatible with FORScan ,Elmconfig, FF2 and FoCCCus software and includes all drivers for the cable.

 
This ELM327 diagnostic tool has been modified to access additional electronic modules on your Ford Focus and may work with other Fords, but please check before buying.
When used with a Windows laptop and Elmconfig software, this device can reset fault codes, change car configuration data and program certain modules just like Ford’s own IDS *currently works with Focus Mk2 platform.

 
I used this to programme Radio and phone display in the speedo display, anti-hijack, eco-mode, auto-window defrosting,   

 
Reading the forums there are many things you can do such as display radio RDS, CD track, phone and voice control info, gear shift change indicator, show the real engine temperature, show Ford ecomode, activate tow bar trailer module, activate auto door locking at speed (anti-hijack), activate auto window defrosting, adjust courtesy lighting dimming delay, adjust walk home lighting delay.

 
Also, when used with Forscan software, this modified ELM327 can diagnose trouble codes and offer possible solutions, clear fault codes, monitor and record live engine data, program TDCi injectors, force DPF regen and much more.
