Must Norics have English Menus, some don't so when you play the movie you sometimes have to turn the noric Subtitles of useing your Blu Ray Remote, if you get a problem contact me.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

This Is a Nordic Region B Import, it will unless otherwise stated play in full English the same as a UK Blu Ray, the only difference is the some covers is not English. There are a few notes below you should read first before buying.

1, unless otherwise stated it will play full English sound. Most have full English menus but Not All, Nordic Subtitle may come on when playing, but they will switch of using you DVD remote

2. The covers, most have an English Front and the back movie description is Swedish, I try to always show a picture of the front and back, some are full Nordic others full English

3. All are new but some come unsealed, because of this some boxes will show signs of rubbing. I will always try to add unsealed in the top line of my description if there unsealed.

4. Any questions please ask, I do sell a few of these without issues as the play in English.  Most of the time it’s as simple as choosing English the  Blu ray starts and you won’t know the difference. Though some will not have an English menu, so just press paly when the menu come up and turn the subtitles of using your remote.

If for any reason at all a return is needed, please do not use eBay’s managed returns, contact me through messages other, or reply to the dispatch message i sent, eBay’s managed returns is double the normal large letter postage cost.

Communication : I will respond to any query or problem as quick as possible, all i ask is that you contact me through, Contact Seller – Other/ Or you replay to the dispatch message I sent. Please do not go straight to Dispute as there’s no need.

Postage: 1st class or 2nd, same working day dispatch up to 2pm Next Working Day After 2pm, Saturday postage sometimes, if I do then its 9am. Royal mail estimate 1 to 2 working days 1st class and 2 to 3 2nd class (Monday to Friday) 95% meet this, sadly 5% take longer, all I can do is say sorry if your one of the slow 5%, but once despatched I have no control over this.

Lost Items: I get very few but if sadly your items lost, all I ask is you follow royal mails rules, as when you bought the item it clearly stated I was posting by royal mail. There rule is an items not lost till 15 working days. So please inform me and allow the 15 days before claiming, I will refund lost items and inform and claim from royal mail. Also be aware that any suspicious claims will be reported.

Returns: I get few faulty items, but if your is please contact me to arrange return. I refund return postage on faulty items. Please on no account use managed returns, as most of my items are large letters then they need to go through royal mail. Low value items don’t need to be signed for, just a proof of postage receipt, so there no need to pay over double the true cost by using managed returns. 

Mistakes and mishaps: I’m human and they do happen, be assured I will put thing right as soon as the problems realized.  I do my best but am not perfect. And sadly as all of my items go by post, I have no control over that.

Discounts : I can give some discount on purchases of 6 or more, it won’t be large amounts just what I can save on postage, please ask before making a purchase.
