We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only despatch your order to the address you provide us via PayPal.

Please be aware delivery times are only an ESTIMATE (ROUGH GUIDE) and deliveries in some cases may take longer than stated, however 9 times out of 10 they usually arrive before the dates provided.

Should your order not arrive within the ESTIMATED times provided by Ebay then please contact us via ebay emailing system before opening a case between 8am – 5pm Mon-Sat, as this is the quickest and easiest way to resolve any issues that may arise and by opening a case this will only delay the process of resolving any problems.

If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us by Ebay emailing system only within 30 days of receipt.

As long as the item is in the original packing and in the condition you received it we will arrange to replace the item or refund your money.

You will be responsible for paying postage and packing charges for returns and no refund will be given for postage and packing unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we will of course pay all costs for returns, and refund all your full costs including postage and packing.

Unfortunately due to hygiene regulations we are unable to accept returns on any edible products unless faulty even if sealed and in their original condition as we are unable to verify the conditions that they have been kept under and therefore their suitability for resale. We will of course waive this if an error is made by us.
