Defective Items

Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Due to the complexity of internet transactions, we do not offer exchanges.

We will gladly provide you with a return shipping label.

Defective items are eligible for repair/service or exchange directly through the Original Equipment Manufacturer at no cost to you.

Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies.

 

Non-Defective Items 

All non defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items sold that are brand new or refurbished and returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Items sold as open box or used are exampt from the 15% restocking fee. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have ALL original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included.

Returned items that are not in condition to be re-sold may be refused or subject to a higher restocking fee.
