Returned items must be in the same condition as they were shipped. Returns for defective items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange the unit or provide a refund if a replacement unit is not available. Shipping for returned items that are not defective is the responsibility of the buyer. We ship exactly as described in auction. If manuals, software, packaging etc. are not mentioned, they are not included. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping anything back. All unauthorized returns (wrong part ordered, wrong quantity ordered, etc) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The shipping amount listed covers shipping, handling and insurance for your item. Unless otherwise noted, the quoted shipping rate is for FedEx or UPS Ground service.
