You are looking at a new and factory sealed in its original packaging action figure of the PINK PANTHER cartoon character
"THE MAN"
Made by Palisades, dated 2004. This figure is the all-white version (except for his black eyes, strands of hair, and bushy mustache, of course), and comes complete with his had, painter's cap, paint brush, bucket and stand. Plastic packaging has a couple of tiny dents, but no crumpling, cracks or yellowing.
