Before signing to accept delivery you must check the items for any damage, as delivery insurance is invalid if the goods are signed for in good condition.
If you sign for goods without inspecting them properly and subsequently find that they are damaged you will be unable to make a claim.
We send purchased items out the same working day if you order before 12pm. If the item you have ordered is being sent out by carrier to a Mainland UK addresses you will receive the item the following working day. Items posted by royal mail generally take 2-3 days from date of despatch.
