I (obars) is NOT liable for any claims in excess of the auction sale value of the item purchased, including any liability for products not being available for use. I (obars) will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. I (obars) am NOT responsible for any and all losses and/or injuries in relation to any item being sold and/or used. By bidding on our item, you agree that you have read and understand all our terms and policies.

SHIPPING:

I ship out daily (weekdays). In most cases, if your purchase is paid for before 11AM CST on weekdays, and I receive such notice by eBay, then it will be shipped out the same day (unless it is being shipped FedEx or UPS, in which case it will go out the next business day). If you purchase an item on Fridays, that is scheduled for FedEx shipping, then most likely the item will not be shipped out till the next business day (usually Monday). I will do my very best to get your purchase to ASAP, because I know you need it.

RETURNS:

My (obars) items are sold AS-IS, and I (obars) only allow returns if one of the following has happened:

The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival.

I use eBay's return program, to protect you and me.

In most all cases, the buyer pays return shipping.

Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get it. I (obars) will not honor any claim of DOA or PROBLEMS if not reported to me within 30 business days (weekends are not business days)

I DO RECORD ANY SERIAL NUMBERS and/or MARKINGS OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.
