All items are 1st quality with no defects of any kind unless otherwise stated in the description above. All items are stored in a pet and smoke free environment.
SHIPPING: Shipping options are posted above in this listing. Please verify your shipping address listed before purchasing. We do not add any additional fees to shipping costs. We do not charge any packaging or handling fees. Shipments are processed within “1” working day upon receipt of your payment. International shipments are made through eBay's Global Shipping Program and also to countries not covered under eBay’s Global Shipping Program utilizing USPS. If your country is not listed in eBay’s Global Shipping then please refer to the listing for specific USPS rates. Buyers need to verify additional expenses, customs clearance, and time estimates for international shipments prior to bidding/purchasing items.
RETURNS (100% REFUND): We only accept “100% Refund Returns” for items that have been "substantially misrepresented" in the description of the listing, i.e.: If you've received the wrong item. For all returns you must contact us in advance and provide a legible photo of the item you received. In the event of a return/replacement we will cover all of the related shipping costs and refund to you 100% of the purchase price you paid including shipping. Returned items must have all of the original packaging and tags still attached in original condition to receive a 100% refund.
RETURNS (14 DAY “HASSLE FREE”): We accept returns for items sold under the following conditions: 1). Return must be initiated within 14 total days from receipt of item/s. 2). Item/s must be returned in the “Original Packaging” and be in “Original Condition, Unused with all Tags still attached”. 3). Buyer will be charged a “Restocking Fee” of 15% of the purchase price and also to pay the Return Shipping Expense on all returns “Except for Damaged or Not as Described Items - *See 100% Refund Above. 4). All Returns “MUST BE” submitted through eBay’s Hassle Free Return System or we reserve the right to Charge Buyer a $25.00 Return Administration Fee (Deducted From Refund Amount at time of Refund) for additional processing.
