Returns: We like happy customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase please return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price less the cost of P&P. In the event that your item arrives damaged please contact us and we will swiftly remedy the problem.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Paypal or by credit/debit card, if you wish to make a payment with a card please contact us on 01653 697400.

Dispatch: We guarantee dispatch within 1 working day, this piece will be sent with FedEx on a 2-3 day service. We also offer a next day FedEx service available on orders placed before 2pm. If you wish to leave further instructions with your order please contact us directly on 01653 697400 or through ebay messages.

Collection in person: We welcome customers who wish to collect in person and this is possible by prior arrangement from either of our two shops at Malton & Helmsley (North Yorkshire). Please contact us to make a collection in person arrangement or for further details.

Our Product Range: Bowley & Jackson specialise in lighting and accessories for the house and garden. Much of our range is sourced from Europe. We take care only to list pieces that are representative of the item you will receive & we only list items that are held in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.
