This is an Our Lady of Fatima catholic virgin statue/figurine. It stands about 14" Tall. 

It is still i. the original packaging. It seems to be made out of thick plastic painted with lots of pastel colors, on a wood stand. 

Missing the gold crown on top of head. **please see pictures.
