Payment must be received within two days of purchase or an unpaid item case will be opened. Please notify me before purchasing if you cannot pay within this time frame for any reason. PayPal is preferred.

Shipping

Item will be shipped within two business days after payment is received and cleared. All items come from a smoke- free, pet-free home and will be packaged with care. Quick payment means quick shipping. I love to get purchases to buyers as soon as possible!! That is the fun part!!

Return

Your complete satisfaction is my ultimate goal. You may return any unopened, unused item shipped by me for a refund within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact me within 30 business days of delivery. If the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned within 30 days. If your return is the result of my error (damaged, defective, incorrect item, etc.), I will provide free return shipping. However, if your return is not the result of my error, you will be responsible for the return postage fee plus a restocking fee of 15%.
