Please think over your future purchase thoroughly, as cancellations after receiving payment means that we have to repay initial fees for relisting our items. Because of this, we take time to photograph and describe, measure our items in order for our buyers to have a clear view of what they are purchasing.

We ship our items as priority worldwide, economy or express. This means that your package reaches the following areas within a specific timeframe:
For priority airmail (tracking included):
- Europe: 1-2 weeks.
- US and Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Africa, South America, Asia and Australia: 2-3 weeks, can extend to 4+ weeks if weather conditions are not optimal.
For economy (ground and sea, tracking included):
- Europe: 2-3 weeks.
- US and Canada: 1-1.5 months
- Africa, South America, Asia and Australia: 1.5 - 2 months, can extend to 3 months if weather conditions are not optimal.
For express services: 5-7 days worldwide.
Please note that these delivery times are for normal periods of the year; expect significant delays (one, even two weeks added) in processing time and customs clearance during holiday season and shopping events such as black friday etc.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the item leaves our hands, however we will do our best to help you track your item.
The prices shown on Ebay are for priority airmail with tracking. If you would like to switch to economy, ground mail, please let us know, as the prices are significantly cheaper. We also offer tracking numbers for this service, however shipping time is not guaranteed and can take anywhere between one and three months, especially outside of Europe.
If shipping proves to be cheaper than the initial amount paid (we sometimes make small mistakes, sorry!) we will refund the difference.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to research and confirm that our items are suitable for customs in their destination country. We cannot check hundreds of customs policy websites in unknown languages by ourselves, so we ask our buyers to take this seriously under consideration before purchase. If an item is refused by customs, we reserve the right to add return shipping charges to the buyer's bill before issuing a refund for the value of the item and initial shipping cost.
We reserve holidays and sundays as non-working days, meaning that if an order is placed, say, right before Christmas, we will only ship it 2-3 days after the holidays are over. We are not Amazon, we consider furniture a passion and sometimes take our time with it to make sure you're happy.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Because of the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns, as we cannot guarantee that the buyer will pack the items accordingly so that they will not be damaged during return shipping. You'd be surprised how 'creative' couriers are with packages, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
We take good care of packaging our items properly. If you receive your item damaged by the postal carrier, please do not accept the package and let it return to us! It is your duty as a buyer to check the package in front of the delivery service provider to ensure your items are intact! We do not accept any return requests for items which have been received and accepted as damaged.
If you are required to pick up the package from your postal office, please make sure to open it in front of the clerk so as to make sure nothing has been damaged, otherwise do not accept the package and let it return to us.
In case of lost items we offer a full refund if the item has not been picked up by any means of tracking within three months.
Postal carriers tend to hold on to undelivered packages for 7-10 days and leave a small slip notifying the receiver that a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully, in addition to pointing to where the package can be picked up. In the event that the buyer doesn't pick up their item and it is returned to us, we reserve the right to refund the buyer the initial amount paid minus the return shipping charges.
Additional and FAQ:
We are able to reserve items for our buyers for a period of 1 week prior to purchase. If an item is clearly marked as reserved, we kindly ask our prospecting buyers to not purchase said items if they have not been reserved for them, otherwise we will automatically cancel this transaction.

Also, if you've had your eyes on something which sold in the meantime, you can ask us to find something similar, maybe we even have it in stock and haven't managed to add it on Ebay yet!
We only use recycled materials to package our items (except for bubble wrap). They do their job just as good as new materials, and the Earth gets to live another day.
