INTERNATIONAL buyers and buyers from the UK, i.e. the ISLE of WIGHT, the ISLE of MAN, the CHANNEL ISLES, IRELAND and the HIGHLANDS. Please DO NOT pay until I send an INVOICE. INTERNATIONAL post will probably be cheaper than price shown so please ask before buying. Some UK postcodes may carry a surcharge because of the vicinity of them. Also INTERNATIONAL buyers will have to give a 'Contact Number' & a 'Safe Place' to leave the parcel or the courier won't accept the order. UK buyers should also give a 'Safe Place' for the delivery to be left. Thank you

FRAGILE/LOST ITEMS & REFUNDS 

 Firstly, be assured that I wrap all of my items with the utmost care and consideration for their journey to your home but ~~~ Royal Mail and all Courier companies have a 'Restricted List' for breakable items. They do not cover any fragile items for damage but do cover them for loss, i.e. not arriving!! So, any items made of china, glass, ceramic or similar fragile material won't be refunded if they arrive damaged. I ask you not to bid or offer or buy if you are not prepared for this risk! However, if your item is lost in transit or is damaged and is not on their 'restricted list' I will certainly make a claim on your behalf & refund you in full when the Courier or Royal Mail has admitted liability & compensated me. If the item is not on their 'restricted list' you will have to send me detailed photographs of the damage, the inner & outer packaging & details of how & where it was left with you. Without this information they will not begin the claim so it is very important. I am sorry for having to explain this but once an item is in their care then I cannot be held responsible for their mis-handling of your purchase.
