RETURN AND REFUND:

Products can be returned if they have been bought from FirstPV.co.uk within 30 days if they meet the following conditions:
1) The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2) It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards and coupons are non-returnable

Your order will not qualify for a full refund, exchange or return postage refund, if
1.a) Any item is not in its original condition and has been damaged by you
2.b) Any item missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Full refund is given under these conditions stated below
1.a) Obvious factory fault
2.b) Physical defect
3.c) Electronic failure through no fault of user
Please note that goods with apparent sign of use, misuse and damage caused by actions other than the defects aforementioned will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

In order to return your item you must follow these steps:
1) Contact us with a description of the fault and upload a picture or send a video link if possible.
2)We will carry out an initial assessment and write back to you within 24 hours.
3) If a return is agreed, pack the item carefully with appropriate padding for protection. Include a note of your account name/email (so that we can identify your order) and the action required for us to deal with your return. If you do not package the return item appropriately and it is damaged in transit you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven'™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you prefer an exchange for the any item deemed faulty and refundable, please contact us via telephone or email. If the exchange is for unwanted items the item must be unused and in original packaging, and you will be liable for the return cost.

If you request a refund for an undamaged product you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This shipping cost is non-refundable. If you later ask and receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should use a tracked shipping service and consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you have not used a tracked shipping service.
