WHAT IS A REMOVABLE VINYL DECAL?:

This is vinyl that is specifically manufactured so as to be removable from walls and other flat and smooth non-porous surfaces without leaving any residue. It’s ideal for people who rent who want to brighten up their space without damaging the walls.

Please note, you are however unlikely to be able to reuse the decal/wall art after you have removed it, but you should be able to reposition it whilst you are first applying it and before you apply any substantial pressure. DO NOT APPLY TO WALLPAPER. Apply to a clean and dry surface. NOT MICROWAVE OR DISHWASHER SAFE!

I use De Tape Wall Art Matt Sign Vinyl which is suitable for interior and exterior use. It is guaranteed not to fade for 3 – 5 years when placed externally based on central European climate. It has a semi-permanent pressure sensitive adhesive and comes in a range of 30 colours.

Before application please ensure your wall or surface is completely clean and free of any dust. If you have washed the wall, please allow 24 hours before application. Do not apply wall decals to newly painted surfaces until after four weeks have passed.

The Polka Dot decals are super easy to apply and it is just a simple case of peeling and sticking! Apply pressure over the whole sticker to ensure that all parts are in contact with the surface. This will prevent peeling or problems with the decal not sticking.

The vinyl adhesive will tend to bond more strongly as time passes. To remove your decals, simply peel slowly. If you do have any trouble removing a stubborn decal you can use a hairdryer to soften the adhesive to help with removal.

HOW TO PAY AND DISPATCH TIMES:

Please make your payment in full and allow up to three days for this to clear. Once your payment has cleared your product will be made ready for shipping, which is 1 – 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, or if you happen to order over a Bank Holiday, your order will be processed on the first working day, usually a Tuesday.

UK CUSTOMERS:

We ship Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

We ship Royal Mail International Standard. Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3 – 5 working days and worldwide from 5 – 7 working days. Please note however that there may be an additional delay due to Customs and we cannot guarantee these times.

DELAYED/LOST PACKAGES:

Sometimes some packages may take longer to arrive for unknown reasons out of our control. If you still haven’t received your purchase after 45 days from when it was shipped, please contact us urgently so we can look into it for you.

CUSTOMS & ADDITIONAL FEES:

All packages sent internationally (outside of Europe) will have a custom’s declaration. Under custom’s law, the seller is legally responsible for the information on the declaration.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping please let me know as soon as possible. Once your order has been posted then a refund is only possible once the product(s) have been returned to me in saleable condition (as below).

If you change your mind and wish to return a product(s), you must notify us in writing within 14 dates of receiving your purchase of your intention to return. PLEASE NOTE, WE ONLY ACCEPT UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOU RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE.

All return costs will be your responsibility and will not be subject to refund, unless you are returning a faulty or damaged item. Once the product(s) is received by us as above, a refund will then be issued. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not received by us and as such we will not be able to grant a refund in these instances.

DAMAGED, INCORRECT, MISSING OR FAULTY GOODS:

We must be notified in writing of this within 3 days of receipt. Where there is a damaged product, we kindly ask that you take a photo of the damage and all packaging and send this to us. Once we receive your communication we can advise you accordingly.
