Once you have purchased your part, please check the order details page – eBay provides the tracking number; if you do not receive this, contact us.  Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days, excluding inclement weather and holidays.  Once it leaves our shop, we will be unable to tell you specifics on its location.

Returns: All 14 day money back guaranteed parts must be installed by a professional shop. The 14 day money back guarantee starts on the day the buyer receives the part. The buyer is responsible for the shipping back to us before a refund is issued. If for some reason that you had ordered the part by mistake there will be a 10% restocking fee taken off of the refund.
