Refunds
ALL ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND IN THE ORIGINAL WRAPPING.
All items must be returned to us within the first 30 days for credit; we will give credit you minus the original shipping charge. If you received free shipping for ordering more than $75, and the return brings your total below $75, a refund will be issued less the normal shipping charge. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. An RMA # must be obtained by contacting our customer service.
Replacements
Please notify us immediately if the item you ordered is damaged, defective or missing pieces. Defective items must be returned to us before a replacement is sent. In some cases replacements must be obtained through the manufacturer. Please call us for more information.
