Terms and Conditions – Please Read!

PAYMENT

• I accept and prefer payment by Paypal
• I also accept cheques, bank transfer and Postal Orders in GBP only.  Items paid for by cheque will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
• Payment to be made within 4 days of auction finishing, please advise me immediately if there is a problem with payment
• If you are wishing to bid on multiple items, please advise me.  I will invoice with combined shipping total once the last item has been completed.  Discounts almost always available on multiple purchases – just ask!! POSTAGE

• In the majority of circumstances, items will be posted the day after cleared payment has been received.  I have three young children, however, so there are never any guarantees!  Read my feedback, in the vast majority of cases, items are shipped very promptly.
• Postage costs include an element for Packaging and fees; it's not just the price of the stamp. 
• I try to recycle where possible – please do not be offended if your packaging has been used previously, I’m just trying to be environmentally friendly!

RETURNS

• I always try to describe my items as honestly and accurately as possible, however I am only human so if I have made an error please contact me as soon as possible so we can resolve any problems.
• If you are not happy with your purchase, return it in the same condition as it was received within seven days and I will refund your purchase price.
