Up for sale is a rare and beautiful Florence Knoll rosewood and marble credenza/sideboard/file cabinet. With regard to condition, the piece is excellent cosmetically. Drawer faces are for the most part perfect. Sides are excellent also. Important to note is that this example was purchased with fabulously expensive Calcutta Gold marble as a top, making this a very pricey piece in terms of its specs. Back is finished and rosewood also.
Cabinet measures 37.5 inch W 18 inch D 25.5 inch H.
Wood: Edges are crisp and grain is lovely. The inner parts of the drawer are oak. The oak is still strong and stable, with joinery holding up beautifully. The inner frame of the cabinet is also in excellent condition.
Metal: The base of this cabinet is chromed steel. The base is not pitted and gleams nicely. Original hardware is still present and locking mechanism will come along with it as well.
Marble: The marble is in excellent condition for its age. The top is polished (as of recently it appears) No rings or chips that I can see.

The buyer may pick up the cabinet, have it shipped by me (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction. The listed shipping cost is an estimate, though I can likely stay below that number for most areas of the country. If you win the item, we can discuss shipping options, prices, etc. and I will make sure that it is as inexpensive for you as possible.
