       It is the customer’s responsibility to read the following information:

 1 If you have any questions or would like further photos, please contact me.  All photos are of the actual item and were taken by me. All of the items are authentic and are purchased from reputable sources. 

 2.   If this is your first sale on Ebay, please contact me before bidding.

3.    Items will be sent to the address listed on Ebay ONLY.

4.  Please put me on your “Followed Sellers” list.  I have three accounts on Ebay, Dianbutterwort-0, Sandrkoeni-0 and donnalper0.  Please check out both accounts.  

5.  Please ask all questions before bidding. I do not do partial refunds. If you cannot pay right away, please contact me before bidding.

6.  If you are out of the country, please email me for shipping charges before bidding. 

7.  I do not ship to Colorado.

8.  I do combined shipping.  Please take the total amount of shipping charges on all items won or purchased and subtract fifty cents from the TOTAL shipping charges for each additional item purchased.  For Example:  If you won three items and the shipping charge is $5.00 on each item… the first item would be shipped at $5.00 and the second at $4.50 and third, $4.50, etc.  I will deduct fifty cents for each additional item’s shipping charges.  Ebay will not allow me to print multiple labels for one buyer.  This would require a trip to the post office. When I go to the post office to mail Ebay items, I lose my discount for purchasing postage on-line through Ebay or Paypal.  Ebay gives a discount for purchasing postage on-line and so I am willing to pass that discount on to you. Shipping charges are not negotiable.  

9.  Your item will go to the address you have listed on Paypal!  If you have moved and did not change your address on either e-bay or pay-pal, I cannot be responsible. 

10.  I wrap everything appropriately.  After mailing your item, I am no longer responsible for it.  The tracking will show delivery.  If you would like Insurance, please ask me for it.  It is your responsibility to inform me if you would like insurance.

11.  I do not cancel bids or orders.  You have the capability to cancel just as well as I do. 

12.  Buyers MUST pay within 24 hours or the item will be re-listed. My storage space is limited. 

13.  All items are from a smoke-free home. 

14.  Please understand, I just don’t refund your money and allow you to keep the item.  I need the item back if I am to issue a refund.  I do not do partial refunds.  Having said that, please go on to the next.

15.  If there is a problem, please contact me immediately and I will take care of it.  There is no need to contact Ebay, we will work it out.  

16.  Lastly, Feedback is very important. It will be reciprocated. If you buy from me, please plan on leaving positive feedback.  It let’s me know that the product had arrived at it’s destination and that you are pleased.  Let’s call feedback a “little reward” for doing things right!  Thank you for looking and good luck!
