My villa is in The Sandy Ridge development in Davenport, Florida just 10 minutes away from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal Studios and 4 miles from the I-4 so ensuring all Orlando attractions are reached easily and quickly. The price shown includes all taxes and fees and all cleaning and linen etc. is included in this price.

Sevilla is a recent two-story four bedroom home with a private heated pool and spa on the prestigious Sandy Ridge development, that was featured on UK TV programs as 'the' place to buy and it's lived up to that claim with the recent additions to the area.

The villa itself is on a conservation plot with views out to woodland at the rear. There are four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a private screened pool and spa. The house has been furnished to a very high standard and benefits from upgraded furniture and air conditioning throughout.

There are 2 master bedroom suites (one American sized King and one American sized Queen) with en-suite facilities and a further two twin-bedded rooms with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms offer very generous storage spaces or walk-in closets and are equipped with flat screen HDTVs with cable TV and streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime video .

Entertainment in the living area is provided by a 55" UHD 4K TV with hi-def digital cable channels, streaming services and Bluray player. Sound output is handled by a soundbar. Wi-Fi is available throughout and a recent upgrade now means 75Mbps download speeds.

The dining area will seat six people in comfort. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you`ll need to cook a meal including a large fridge with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a large oven, a microwave oven and all the other electronic appliances you`d expect. Alternatively you could use any of the phones in the house to call for a delivery (there's a large choice)! Off the kitchen there is a utility room offering the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer should you require them during your stay.

There is now a games room added with a pool table and air hockey. For your comfort playing games, there's a 37" TV with, a stereo system, a ceiling fan to cool you down in the summer and sofas to relax on. 

Sevilla is well located, very close to the luxury resort of Reunion, Celebration and Champion`s Gate with its two 18-hole championship golf courses. The whole of the Orlando area is easily accessible thanks to the proximity of the I-4 and the SR-17. Journey time to Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 30 minutes. Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) and Tampa International Airport (TPA) are both about an hour's drive away.

There's now a Publix supermarket about one mile away so you can stock up with ease. Champion`s Gate is about four miles away and in addition to the excellent golfing facilities, there is a supermarket (another Publix) and a drugstore (Walgreens). There are also several dining options including two fast food outlets (McDonald's and Subway), a Chinese restaurant and both French and Italian restaurants and now Chili's. There are also 4 Wal-Mart stores within 10 miles and a Denny's just five minutes away. Recently even more shopping has opened up on the corner of the US-27 and the I-4 including Target, JC Penny, Staples and Best Buy and this is just minutes away.

"We had an amazing stay at Sevilla for three weeks over Christmas and New Year, four adults and two children aged 8 and 11. This was our second stay in a villa in Florida and we can't wait to return to Sevilla, it had everything we could need, was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Tony (the owner) could not have been more helpful beforehand giving us so much information that we did not need to get ourselves familiarised with the area when we arrived (we had all the info via google maps that Tony provided) and the villa was in a perfect location for our family - far enough from the main hustle and bustle after a day at the theme parks, but just a short, hassle free drive up a quiet road to disney, and all of this with a publix and small shopping centre two minutes away. We have already recommended this villa to friends and would certainly recommend this villa to anyone else."
