Here is an excellent condition and very nice looking antique mechanical pocket watch made in 1904 by Elgin National Watch Co. This watch is in excellent condition and features a white face with bold Arabic numerals and blue metallic hands. The 19 jewel movement is running and accurate, housed in a Philadelphia Watch Case Co gold filled case.
