Shipping costs are all excluded from prices. Delivery is between 24-48 hours by courier, from the date of confirmation. A tracking number can be provided on request.

We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience, however occasionally you may need to return an item. If you do wish to return an item, please email sales@globalrobots.com and request a returns note. Items sent back without returns notes may be refused.

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you gave written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order you must contact us to process the returns note and then send the goods back immediately. Returns don't need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. 

We would recommend that you return your items via trackable method as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
