3.    Items will be posted 2^nd Class Royal Mail if you need quicker shipping I can do this at extra cost just select this when purchaseing.

The images printed onto the mug will not fade, crack or peel making them 100% dishwasher and microwave safe.

 

Delivery

 

In normal circumstances we aim to have your mug dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment, however during peak periods this may be slightly longer due to high demand.

 

If you require your mug for a certain date please email us the details, choose the relevant postage option and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.

Refunds/Exchanges

 

In the unlikely event that your mug arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photograph of the damage to receive a full refund or replacement.
