Please note: Once an auction ends, sellers have to pay auction fees based on the amount of the winning bid, REGARDLESS of whether or not the buyer follows through with payment. When a buyer fails to pay for an item, the only recourse sellers have is to file a non-paying bidder complaint with ebay to have the auction fees paid by the seller refunded. Ebay allows 4 days for a buyer to make payment arrangements before they allow sellers to open a non-paying bidder complaint. If I do not receive payment or otherwise hear from a winning bidder within 4 days, a non-paying bidder complaint will automatically be opened by the EBAY automated seller assistant software.
Shipping Address Information: I use the eBay seller assistant to print shipping labels. It copies the address information listed on the buyers eBay/Paypal account. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to ensure that the address listed on their account is current and correct. I will not accept responsibility for a shipment being sent to the wrong address if the buyer provides an incorrect address on their eBay/Paypal account. PLEASE update your account address before bidding and do not send notes, emails, etc expecting me to correct the address that is provided on your account.
IMPORTANT: NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY ITEM THAT THE BUYER FAILS TO PICK UP AT THE POST OFFICE AFTER A NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY THE USPS THAT THE ITEM HAS ARRIVED FOR THEM. YOU HAVE BOUGHT THE ITEM AND PAID FOR IT. THE ITEM IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A NOTICE TO PICK IT UP!
