Returns
Returns are accepted; however the buyer will have to pay for the return postage.
Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.
Postage
We are happy to combine postage on multiple purchases and base the total charge on the items combined weight.
Please send us a message before paying and we'll sort it out for you.
We strive to make sure all our items are thoroughly checked for permanent damage, stains, tears and marks before being steamed and listed, but sometimes mistakes and errors are made. All our volunteers do their very best to make sure all items sent out are of the highest second-hand quality.
