Return Policy:

We do accept returns within 14 days of delivery receipt. All returns do require a Return Goods Authorization # from us prior to you sending items back to us. No shipping charges are refundable. Please write your RGA # on the outside of the package.

Please contact us ASAP if you have a return question/situation. Return shipping is the buyer’s financial responsibility and original shipping is non-refundable. After item is received back to our warehouse, the purchase price will be refunded within 3 days, provided that item is returned in the same condition as shipped. No shipping fees are refundable, and all items are shipped with signature confirmation to determine delivery date. No refunds will be processed without return of merchandise, no exceptions.

If your product/package appears damaged in/from transit, please take photographs of the box/product and contact us immediately, as all items are shipped with insurance. There is a different procedure to follow as this is not a return, we/you must file an insurance claim and this requires proof of damages.

New in Package (NIP) boxes may be opened for the purpose of photographing, adding additional padding/packaging, or ensuring the completeness of the item.  However…..

All items are sold as-is, where-is with no warranty from Pillar Surplus, and no guarantee of manufacturer warranty coverage unless specifically listed in the item details.

Payment:

• After committing to a purchase via “Best Offer”, “Buy It Now” or highest auction bid, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address.
• Payments are expected within 7 days.
• We gladly accept the following payment methods with PayPal: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or E-check, through PayPal's secure online payment system. PayPal e-check normally takes 5 business days to clear.
• Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax in the following state: Michigan 6.00%
• On larger items that are listed as "available for local pickup" we may, at our discretion, accept a certified check or cash payment in person upon pickup.
• All purchased items must be picked up, or shipping arrangements made within 30 days or item is forfeited without refund.

Local Pick-up:

• Please contact Pillar Surplus to schedule a pickup day and time.
• We require a signed waiver of liability while picking up your purchased item(s) on our property.

Shipping:

• We ship via UPS, USPS Priority Mail, or truck freight.
• Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-4:30pm Eastern Time except holidays. Weekend/Holiday purchases will be processed the next business day.
• Please make sure the Ship-To address you input during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
• Please allow sufficient time for delivery and contact us if you don't receive your package within 7 business days.
• All orders will be processed same business day or next business day from the date when all payments are cleared.
• Contact us if you require a freight quote. Quotes will vary based on distance, size/weight, and current fuel surcharges.
• Shipping quote will include both standard or freight costs and packaging fees. Additional costs may apply for residential or rural delivery or special handling.

       We participate in the Ebay Global Shipping Program. If you reside in a country that is not covered by this program, please contact us for a shipping/export quote. 

     Shipping Protection: Shipping Insurance is included in our shipping calculations. This protects you against damage incurred during transit. Delivery delays and Customs’ holds are not covered. Shipping insurance is included in our quote prices. If you do not wish to have this item insured, we are not held liable for any damage during transit.
