RETURNS
Return/Exchange Policy All Returns/Exchanges must be post-marked within 14 days of receiving item.
Returns: There is a 10% restock fee on all returns unless you received the wrong item. Buyer pays shipping return shipping.
Exchanges: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges. You will be charged shipping and handling 2nd item back to you.

is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as
supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor unless otherwise stated. Therefore new items can be
returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging,
same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation
and attached tags, instructions, etc. Worn items, used items and any
items without the tags attached or missing / damaged packaging will be
refused. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate
packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way
back to CYCLEMAX or as it was sent you. Never ship an item back in its original manufacturers packaging because this will damage the packaging.
We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged so
please package well. These damaged goods become the property of the
buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them
