We're an established world wide boot trading business.
We strive to bring quality designer, vintage, used, sometimes new boots for you. Just because they might need tipped, heeled or a bit of polish doesn't mean they are fit for the bin. We all have to do our bit to save the planet.
We try our hardest to describe every item accurately. We do sell mostly used boots and there can be many different things to look at and check. Even despite close inspection we don't always find everything. We also don't wear them to check for anything. What we do is a good check both inside and outside, feeling with our hands and looking carefully under the light. However we are only human and mistakes can be made.We will always refund you like any High Street shop. Our returns policy is within 2 weeks of receipt. If the item is faulty please contact us before returning. We're afraid we don't refund postage costs.
