From new old stock inventory.  Lot size is one control box but multiple are available.  They are no longer needed as the care facility that bought these over-purchased too many extra backup control boxes back when they used them.  

Only testing was powering on and seeing it do it's number counting thing 11,22,33,44,55,66,77,88,99 and then going to start position with "0" on LED window.  No customers so far have reported it not working as intended.  It doesn't have a mark on it.

Comes in little bubble wrap bag shown in photo.  Formerly sold for $185 but RealityWorks doesn't make this control box any longer.  Circuit board has model "G5C" imprinted on it, which the internet says will work on Generation 5 and the older Generation 4 (but unconfirmed).  Not on G6.
