This is a used original Apple part #922-9223.

This is the temperature sensor cable for use specifically with Hitachi hard drives in Late 2009 and Mid 2010 27" iMacs. It may work with other iMacs, but those are the only two official Macs that use this part number. It is used, pulled from a fully function iMac with no known issues at all. It was pulled only because it was upgraded to an SSD.
