This is a circa 1900 hebdomas style 8 Jours 8 Days pocket watch by Weisco/Welsa Watch Company, made in Switzerland. It is essentially "all there" but needs work or can be used for parts. The rocker which locks down the winder was found loose inside. The end of the screw/bolt is broken off inside the rocker. The spring is complete but not attached inside. The chased dial has the "AYS" of Days worn off. What was a silver plated case is pretty much down to base metal/brass. I see other similar 8 Day watches referencing various medals won from 1895 to 1916. This version depicts some undated medals and reads "8 Jours Levees Visible S(pirel) Double Garantie Interchangeable Ancre".
