This is a brand new, boxed Sylvanian Families Country Tree School (5263). It is a school house built into a tree, with two levels and a look-out area at the top of the tree/school. It is designed for children age 3 and older. It comes furnished with 6 seats and desks for little Sylvanian learners. There is also a teacher's desk and a whiteboard, and a bench for the students to relax on after their lessons. The school has a main classroom, a balcony and also a look-out area at the top of the tree. This has a telescope for any students who want to do some sky-gazing. The balcony area is perfect for students to watch for wildlife or do other outdoor activities.
