The brochure is in very good condition for its year but it does have some minor surface marks from nearly 25 years of storage and some minor creasing to the spine. The staples have become rusty and this has marked the central pages where the staple holes are. The central pages have become loose from their staples but still fit neatly into the brochure. The price list is also in very good condition for its age but I put in three small red crosses next to three of the items I intended to buy back in 1992
