Payment terms

For "buy it now" items please pay immediately

For "auction" items please pay or make contact regarding payment within 3 days of the auction ending.  

Please pay promptly as 7 days from the listing end date any items not paid for will result in an unpaid item case being opened via the Resolution Centre

UK:  I accept Paypal, personal cheque and postal order/banker's draft.  Cash is only acceptable for in-person payments and not through the mail.   If you would like this item sent "Signed For" then please contact me prior to paying.  It will cost an extra £1.10.  

Overseas:  Please note, unless specified all postage costs in my listings relate to the UK ONLY.  If an overseas buyer purchases an item without determining the international postage cost prior to buying it is assumed they are happy to still go ahead and make the purchase irrespective of the shipping costs.     

Returns Policy:  I do my utmost to describe items as accurately as possible in order to provide customer satisfaction and reduce the likelihood of a complaint/refund.  I am fair and offer a returns policy if there is a genuine reason for a refund, such as an item is found not to be as described, which would not be intentional. (Eg.Manufacturer's mislabeling). A refund is payable (except all P&P costs) if a request is emailed within 14 days of the auction ending with an explanation of why it's being returned.  Before leaving feedback if there is a problem please could you contact me first so I am given the opportunity to resolve any dissatisfaction.  I will do all I that I can to help.  Thank you.
