Parcel Post which is the ground shipping option for USPS. Shipping via Parcel

shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First Class Mail
International and usually arrives within 7- 10 business days.

International comes with a tracking number.

Insurance is not
applicable for USPS First Class International Mail and does not come with a
