Actual measurements:  23.5 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit,

This is a great ROLLING ROCK BEER sweatshirt from back in the day, probably the early to mid 90s?  This high quality long sleeve sweatshirt is in good condition with no stains, tears or holes.  Rolling Rock and "33" logos are embroidered on.  Tough to find!
