Shipping Costs and Methods:
- We ship to United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO and all countries around the world.
- International customers can calculate the shipping cost and decide how quick you want your package to be delivered.
- Shipping cost may varies depends on the selection of the different shipping methods.
- All packages are come with the tracking information.
The international delivery time is for reference only and is only an estimate. Each country’s postal service is an independent entity and is beyond our control, and further delays may occur due to reasons including customs inspections, bad weather, peak seasons (e.g. lead up to Christmas).
- Please note that for orders placed during the Christmas period (mid-November to the end of December), your orders may be delayed by an extra 1 to 2 business days within United States and 1 to 2 weeks for international.
- Orders should not take longer than 6 weeks to arrive from the dispatch date.

Online purchase through Buyitnow Center may be returned within 14 days. In case you receive any defective, damaged or incorrect items from Buyitnow Center, please notify us as soon as possible (within 14 days of receipt of the item) upon receipt of the relevant items.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrectly Sent Products
Returns and Refund for USED Products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any USED products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via eBay message, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Returns and Refund for NEW Products:
If you receive an item and decide that you don’t want it anymore, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery of your order. We will only accept unwanted returns if they have not been opened and in its original sealed condition.
The customer will be responsible for the return postage of the unwanted returns. Once we receive the return, our return department will examine the return package to make sure the products are in their original condition. Once we have confirmed the condition, we will send you a full refund for the order. In the unlikely event that the returned item is damaged, depending on the level of damage, we reserve the right to partially deduct your refund amount.
We DO NOT offer any refunds for items under the following circumstances:
- Any product that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) and not in the original condition
- Any product due to regional compatibility issues (each product listing states regional compatibility for relevant items and please make sure you have the certain devices to play Region locked DVDs)
