We ship same or next-business-day Monday through Friday. Shipping will be United States Postal Service or Fedex, depending on the size and weight of the item. If you receive an item with extra parts on it or with it we do not guarantee those parts just the item or part number you purchased. 

 RETURNS   

If you order a wrong part or found out you don't need the part you ordered we will not accept the part back or issue you a refund. If you are unsure of the part you need contact us before you make a purchase. We will try to help you troubleshoot your problem and get you the part you need. We want to help you get the correct part and get your appliance repaired. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE A PART JUST BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE WHAT YOU NEED. MAKE SURE IT IS THE PROPER PART NUMBER FOR YOUR APPLIANCE. The OEM part# listed in the auction title is what you will receive. Again, if unsure, please ask! Please contact us through the ebay platform for an RA# prior to sending any return packages. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and required insurance of its original purchase and shipping price. Please notify seller through ebay within 3 days of receiving item of the problem. Item must be returned within 14 Days. Refund will be an exchange if another is not available a refund will be given as money back upon receipt of returned item in its original condition.
