This is a beautiful vintage Chinese red silk umbrella.  It is new old stock and I believe it is from the 1940's or so.  The box is a bit tattered but the umbrella itself remains in incredible condition with no signs of use.

Just a lovely new old stock collectible piece!

These look so beautiful hanging from the ceiling or on the floor with a light behind it.
