This pretty vintage brooch has turquoise plastic ovals set in goldtone metal cone shapes and set in 2 circles. At the very center is a mound of tiny rhinestones. It's 1 3/4 inches in diameter. Good condition except for some extra bits of metal on the tubes at the back. A striking and creative design!
