All our gowns are available in UK sizes 22 to 30, please see our size chart to choose your correct size or alternatively send us your personal measurements, per the following tips below.
· Bust - Where a bra and measure across the fullest part of your bust and around your back.
· Waist - Measure around the smallest part of the waist.
· Hips - Measure around the widest part of the hips ensuring the tape should brush across both hipbones.
· Hollow to floor - Measure from the top of the collarbone to the floor without shoes.
· Height – Top of head to floor, without shoes.
· Heel height of shoes you will wear.
· Shoulder to shoulder - Measure the width of the shoulders from the back.
· Shoulder to bust - Measure from the shoulder to the fullest part of the bust.
· Shoulder to waist - Measure from the shoulder to the smallest part of the waist.
For custom made items there is a turnaround of 4 to 5 weeks. We advise you to be measured by a professional seamstress or tailor, most bridal shops offer this service.

All our gowns are made to order and delivery is usually within 5 weeks from order conformation. This maybe sooner depending on the number of orders we process.
We aim to have your dress delivered more quickly if possible and will update you weekly of our progress.
Style and Colour
The dresses we offer are as per the image shown, sometimes we will need to change the material or colour due to availability, but we will advise you of this possibility when we receive your order.
We try to hold a stock of every standard size and colour. We do not show all images of our dresses as they tend to be copied by other sellers. If you would like extra images of any particular dress, then please contact us.
Terms
We guarantee that the size and style you order will be what is dispatched out to you, in perfect condition and within the time frame agreed at the time of your order, usually within 5 weeks for custom made.
The package will include one hand made wedding dress as per your specifications (if applicable).
Dispatch
In stock items are usually dispatch same day if ordered by 3pm (Monday/Friday), by Royal Mail 48 signed for.
Custom made items are dispatched when they are ready for the customer, we will keep you informed of progress and when we intend to dispatch so that you will know when the parcel will arrive.
Returns
We are confident that you will love your gown and offer a full refund if the dress delivered is not like the dress shown in the image.
To make a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress and once agreed you can return the dress back to us. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for return postage and packaging costs.
All refunds will be credited back through your original method of payment.
