Shipping:

We will ship the item the next working day after the payment has been cleared or the following day the latest.

Free postage is for Mainland UK only, for any other areas please contact us before buying, and we can provide you a quote.

If you would like faster postage it's possible just let me know before you would like to buy the item.

Returns:

In the unlikely event of the part being broken or faulty please message us immediately and we will solve the problem for you.

All parts come with standard 14 day warranty.

If the item is faulty we will issue a full refund and cover the return postage.

For parts which are unwanted, ordered by mistake or not the right one for your vehicle we will accept them to be returned, but there will be a £5 re-listing and handling fee and you will have to cover the return costs.

Collection for small parts is available from our yard in Rusper, RH124RR, on bigger items like interiors and engines collection available from Crawley, RH119JJ just by Gatwick Airport.
