Terms & Conditions

 Warranty

• All products carry a 30 Day Warranty unless sold "As-Is" or "For Repair or Parts Only".
• HSC reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace defective products.
• The Warranty does not cover shipping charges to the customer or return shipping.
• Damage from improper product use or insufficient return shipping packaging may void Warranty.

   Shipping

• Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground for domestic orders. eBay calculates these fees.  USPS, Fedex, and most common carriers are available upon request.
• Orders are shipped within one business day unless special packaging, palletizing, or crating is required.  Additional charges may apply in this case.
• Same day shipping available upon request by calling 800-442-5833 by 1:00 PM PST.
• All orders FOB (FCA) Shipping Point. eBay does not add Insurance.  Buyer may be responsible for Insurance Fees for orders above $500.  
• Will Call is encouraged for Silicon Valley customers. See customer service info.

 Payment

• We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express. Please call 800-442-5833 with your credit card information.
• Bank Wire Transfers (additional $15 fee), EFT's, & Purchase Orders from Government Agencies or large Corporations are available with approval.
• All orders shipped within California will have 8.75% Sales Tax added unless a valid CA Resale Number is provided.

 Returns

• All returns require an RMA number. Contact us at 800-442-5833 or send an eBay email.  Indicate RMA number on all return packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. See address below.
• Products purchased in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in returned in resalable condition.

 International Orders

• HSC reserves the right to reject orders and or void warranty on a case by case basis.  Email communications supersede all terms and conditions.
• U.S. Dept of Commerce laws are strictly adhered to. Do not ask for any changes to tariff codes or product value. Orders over $2500 are subject to export delays.
• Payment is by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Credit cards require approval on a case by case basis.
• When applicable, the eBay Global Shipping Program is a good option.
• Postal Service (FOB/FCA U.S.) shipping is available for orders under $300 and 30 lbs.  All other orders require traceable insured shipping by UPS, Fedex, or DHL. 
• Shipping on customer accounts is encouraged and may be required for select countries. All tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
