Yes, please send a message via eBay quoting the item title or ID no. to which I will assist with any questions you may have. All photos are of the exact item providing the listing does not have quantity of more than ‘1’.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept PayPal, Cheque, Postal order, Bank transfer and Credit/Debit card.

Do you charge for postage costs?

Postage is included for all items being shipped within the UK. Unfortunately overseas postage is calculated separately.

What service will be used to post my item?

Parcels will only be sent via a signed for / tracked service, no standard mail is used.

If you are located within the UK one of two services will be used;

Royal mail first class signed for mail - items weighing 0-1.999kg.

Parcelforce 24HOUR mail - items weighing between 2-30kg.

The listing will state the method on checkout.

If you are located outside of the UK, items will be sent via Royal mail international signed for mail, or Parcelforce global express.

Can you send my purchase to ARGOS?

Yes, please select ‘click & collect’ on checkout. You will be informed of a unique code by eBay when you item is ready for collection.

Will my postal code incur a surcharge?

If an item weighs over 2kg and has to be sent via Parcelforce, a surcharge will be applicable to the following areas; The highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. Please message prior to confirm cost).

What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

All parcels require a signature on arrival. If you are not available to sign for a parcel the postman may attempt to leave your parcel with a neighbour. If this is not an option then the parcel will be returned to your local delivery depot. The location of this will be advised on a ‘we missed you’ card. Any item left at the courier depot for longer than 14 days without being collected will naturally be returned to sender, resulting in an extra postage charge being applicable for the buyer.

When will my item be dispatched?

Items will be dispatched the same day providing the purchase is made before 10am Monday-Friday.

I need an item as soon as possible, do you offer express postage?

Yes. Standard post for all UK addresses is estimated within 1-2 working days.

I would like to purchase more than one item, can you combine the postage?

Purchases of more than one item will automatically be combined for postage. Any over payment of postage will be refunded accordingly.

I offer a very competitive postage rate for large heavy orders weighing from 2-30kg being £8.00 within the UK.

I live outside of the UK, how is my postage rate calculated?

The minimum cost of postage for any overseas item is £8.50. This cost will inflate based on the weight and dimensions. Parcelforce or an outsourced courier service will be used for parcels over 2kg. If eBay does not calculate a postal charge for you item, please message me to which I can confirm this. I will always advise of the most economical postage rate available to me.

 Items weighing 2-30kg will cost the following if sent via Parcelforce; (there are many other couriers available to me, this is simply a contract I hold)

Am I able to track the process/whereabouts of my parcel?

Tracking information will be added to your transaction once the parcel has been dispatched. It is the buyers responsibility to keep trace of their parcel once this information has been given.

How do I return an item?

All items can be returned with a 30 days hassle free money back guarantee. Please ensure your item is set to be returned to me within 30 days of when you received the item. The item MUST be in the condition in which you received it, ready for resale.

If you wish to receive an exchange rather than a standard refund, I ask that you please do not open a return case. Ebay forces me to issue a refund when they view the item as returned, which does not allow me to send another in its place.

All exchanges and returns can be arranged efficiently via a eBay message.

A refund will be issued within 6 days of receiving the item back.

A full refund minus the original postal cost will be issued. If an item states ‘free postage’, proof of postage paid will be provided. As annoying as it may seem, eBay forces me to offer free postage on all items – BUT postage is anything but free!

Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost.
