Shipping

	
								Batcave Treasures will do our best to provide you the smoothest buying experience that you’ve ever had on ebay. It's our top priority to provide the highest level of customer service. We ship fast! Like a Flash and pack everything using the best protective shipping supplies.In stock merchandise is shipped within 24-48 hours of cleared payment and include tracking. Depending on availability,some items may ship separately having extended handling time so please check the listing.Purchases made on the weekend ship on Monday.We do not guarantee mint items. 

Our primary shipping carrier is USPS and we have daily multiple pick ups.We will only ship to a pay-pal confirmed address.Depending on your items weight we may use First class mail, Priority Mail,or other options that are cost effective. Economy shipping is free within the United States. At checkout you may choose to upgrade your shipping method/speed at your cost.  Shipments arrive in 4 to 6 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. One week or less is the average.You will be emailed tracking number confirmation.Remember weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

Should Darkseid,the Joker or any other villain intercept your package during transit we will ship a replacement if we have another in stock-for free. If an item shifts and breaks during transit please contact us immediately.If your package is returned as undelivered due to insufficient address, we will contact you for your correct confirmed PayPal shipping address,then send you a paypal request for shipping charges to re-ship your item. Batcave Treasures only provides free shipping on the first attempt.

Batcave Treasures ships internationally through eBay’s Global Shipping Network (GSN).Ebays GSN  provides  an invoice for all applicable items, shipping, and import charges.Unfortunately, we are not allowed to edit these charges, even to offer a shipping discount. We ship from our warehouse to eBay's processing center in Kentucky only.The GSN ships to you afterward with tracking information.Your country’s customs department may open and inspect your package.  

If you are a local buyer and live within our vicinity, we would be thrilled to meet you so contact us through ebay to arrange for a local pickup.

Terms

Returns

								We offer hassle free 30 day returns and will make the process as easy and painless as possible.So if you receive an item and decide you want to return it, simply contact our customer service department for return authorization.We will accept the original, unopened, unused item back with a 20% restocking fee deducted from your refund.  

A replacement item is shipped once we have the original back because free shipping applies to the original purchase only.Please understand we do not guarantee mint-perfect items.If you have a special request regarding your purchase we will do our best to honor it if you have communicated it to us prior to checkout.The buyer pays any additional shipping fees for returned or exchanged items.Manufacturer defects may be returned for a replacement.
