This looks to be an unused but very unique gift certificate for the Marriott Hotel Sirloin & Saddle Restaurant. I have not been able to find anything like it on the web. It's printed like a fancy stock certificate on parchment type paper and is folded in thirds. The inside is a short menu of beef and lobster items along with desserts and beverages. It includes the famous Marriott Black Forest Cake. There is no indication of location. Based on the prices and other menus I found in a collection, it's probably from the 1970's.
The menu measures 5" x 11 1/2", closed, 15 1/2" x 11 1/2", fully open.
The menu is in good condition, with areas that have darkened with age. As you can see in the photos the entire front cover is darker than the other sections. Please see the photos for details.
